Workshop Estimates & Bookings
Online service descriptions and booking requests are for scheduling and guidance. Final repair scopes and pricing are confirmed after a physical vehicle inspection at our Runda workshop and your approval of the estimate.
1. Service Bookings & Inspections
• Submitting an online or WhatsApp booking reserves an inspection slot. Our team will contact you to confirm your appointment.
• No repair, parts replacement, or tuning work is carried out without your prior approval of an estimate.
2. Parts & Workmanship Warranty
• Qualifying repairs and genuine OEM parts supplied and fitted by Servisus Ltd carry a 6-Month / 10,000 km warranty against defects in workmanship and materials.
• Normal wear-and-tear items, customer-supplied parts, and pre-existing faults are excluded.
3. SESS Performance & SESS Auto Spa
• All performance tuning and hardware upgrades require a pre-service diagnostic health check.
• Paint protection film (PPF), wraps, and ceramic coatings are inspected with the customer at check-in and handover.
